Mental health is and has become a prominent factor in our everyday lives. It has an impact on our thoughts, how we act and how we treat others. As humans, we tend to focus on physical health yet more emphasis should be considered on our mental health as it is just as important. Now more than ever, we must take the time to focus and improve on our mental health as technology has changed the way in which we perceive ourselves.
The Connection Between Mental Health and Online Learning
Due to evident shifts in the way students are learning, mental health plays a big role in the new manner of virtual learning. Students find it more difficult than ever to stay focused, find a quiet place to learn and even something as simple as having technical issues. All of these factors are affecting the way in which students are learning which in turn can have negative effects on their mental health.
